Shipping Options and Rates:

We offer both standard and express shipping. Rates are calculated based on order weight and customer location.

Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout and added to the order total.

Estimated delivery time for standard shipping is 7-15 business days and for express shipping is 2-3 business days.

Delivery times may vary based on customer location and transportation conditions.

Shipping Restrictions:

We do not ship to PO Boxes or military addresses.

International orders may be subject to additional duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns and Refund Policy:

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We only accept returns in case of defective or incorrect products. In these cases, the customer must notify us within 7 days of receiving the order.

In case of return of defective or incorrect products, the customer must send the product back in its original packaging and in the same condition as received. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

We reserve the right to inspect the returned product before issuing a refund or replacement.

We do not accept returns of used, customer damaged or products purchased on sale.
